Long-Legged Charleston Break

The Long-Legged Charleston Break is performed with both dancers facing in the same direction, with the follower positioned on the leader's right hand side with a slight gap between them. As with other breaks, this one is indicated verbally in advance, and the leader enters the sequence by adapting the Back Charleston Entry: he pulls the follower more towards himself, and out to his right hand side (and he moves slightly to his left to make room for her).
