The image below was created with replot, which is a tool I wrote for my thesis. It converts output from an integration of a PDE into a time evolution diagram. It can accept complex-valued input, producing colour output to indicate phase.

Originally I wrote a command-line only version, which outputs PostScript.Download source code(18k)

I then upgraded this to enable X11 viewing of the results before printing, and I've recently tweaked it to get it working on more platforms (Linux 2.2, IRIX 6.5, HP-UX 11, Solaris 2.6 & 2.7, AIX 4.3.2). Download source code (20k) Download test file (250k)
