Travelling Kicks

This move is most appropriate for a sparsely populated dance floor, as the dancers will travel some distance during the move. The most common problem point is at the beginning of the move. The leader's initial lead of the kick on beat 3 is easy to miss, although the move will still work if the follower does a triple step on beats 3 and 4 and only joins in the kicking motion afterwards. The leader's extended right hand on beat 5 is also easy to miss, which often means that the follower interprets the leader's left hand lead (from beat 4) as an indication of a spin.
